Executive committee members are elected at the annual meeting and serve a four year term. For the 2011 meeting the Executive Committee is (the year indicates the end of the member’s term on the executive committee):

The SOB Executive Committee has four major responsibilities:
1. Membership: New member selection, tracking attendance, monitoring membership status change, updating membership list, and notifying members of upcoming status change.
2. Meeting site: Solicit and evaluate proposals to host future SOB meetings.
3. Program: Soliciting proposals for presentations at meeting from new and other members.
4. Local Arrangements: Coordinate with local host on details related to hotel, classroom facilities, catering, and receptions.
