We’re looking forward to everyone’s arrival on Friday! Please find
attached an updated conference program, FYI.
Here are some additional details regarding the logistics of the conference.
*Transportation*: There will be shuttles available to get people to and
from the Wyndham, Laurie’s house on Friday night, and the meetings at the
Tepper School. It’s only a 5-10 minute drive. You are also welcome to
drive between places. There is free parking on the weekends in the campus

Here is the tentative shuttle schedule (Harper Transportation):
Two shuttles will make multiple trips to transport everyone.
Friday – 5:45 – 6:30 pm leave the Wyndham for Laurie’s house
Return – 9:15 – 10:15 pm Tepper School to Wyndham
Saturday – 7:30 – 8:00 am Wyndham to Tepper School (please don’t all wait
for the last shuttle or there won’t be enough room!)
Saturday – 5:15 – 6:00 pm Tepper School to Wyndham
Sunday – 7:45 – 8:20 am Wyndham to Tepper School
Sunday – 10:30 am – noon Tepper School to Wyndham
*Meetings location: *We will be meeting on the third floor of Posner Hall,
which houses the Tepper School of Business at CMU (when you enter Posner
Hall, take the elevators up to the 3rd floor – we will have signs).
*Meals and refreshments*: We will be providing dinner Friday night, breaks
and lunch on Saturday, and a morning break on Sunday. Please enjoy
breakfast at the hotel before coming over to Tepper.
Saturday night: We have made reservations for groups of 6-10 people at
local restaurants for 8 pm on Saturday night. The restaurants are all a
short taxi or drive from the hotel. You’ll have an opportunity to sign up
Saturday at lunch.
*Internet: *We should have internet access for you during the conference.
